The hotel had some drawbacks like gloomy rooms that could only accommodate 4 guests and struggles with the AC despite multiple requests. However, the staff, especially the bell boys and maintenance assistants, need to be more customer-friendly. The location was ideal for my business conference in Pune, with convenient access to train and bus stations. The dining experience was good but lacked advanced communication. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement.
